Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is a holistic approach which values the entire person. Transpersonal, by definition, is the crossing of mind, body and spirit or soul.

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is brief therapy with lasting results. It can be distinguished from many other forms of counselling by its attendance to the spiritual dimension of life.

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy utilizes breathing and relaxation techniques, and guided imagery to induce a hypnotic state. In addition to reprogramming the unconscious / subconscious mind with predetermined suggestions and goals, we uncover your inner resources. In the transpersonal approach, the body, mind, soul and spirit of the individual are taken into consideration.

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and/or a level of concentration that the average individual reaches daily (such as daydreaming or being ‘absorbed’ in a TV program). Hypnosis cannot make you do anything you do not want to do. Your mind will not accept suggestions that do not conform to what it believes to be true. If you do truly want to change a bad habit or acquire a new one that better suits you, then this could be the answer.

No. Transpersonal hypnosis does not require a belief in a personal deity, a religion, or a belief in the existence of an immortal soul. A transpersonal hypnotherapy session will not affect your religious beliefs in any way.

Hypnotherapy is completely safe. You will be in total control throughout the entire session and have the ability to wake up and come out of hypnosis at any moment you choose. Hypnotherapy is not like it is portrayed in the movies. You cannot be made to act in a particular way or say / do something you are not comfortable with. You are aware of your surroundings at all times and may record the session yourself if you would like to.
