Morning Wellness Retreat

In this half-day, group Wellness Morning retreat, you relax in the garden pool patio at a farmhouse villa and get time with the ones you care about.

  • 10:00 am to 10:30 am – Arrival, Tea and Biscuits under the Gazebo, welcome discussion

  • 10:30 am to 12:00 pm – Guided meditation in an ancient cave or relaxing at the pool

  • 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm – Lunch served under the Gazebo on the pool patio and relaxing time

  • 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm – Group Insights and Q&A

This Wellness retreat is for two to ten people.

Accommodation for larger groups can be arranged at L’Gharix and at another lovely farmhouse close by if required.

Morning Wellness

Retreat Cost

The cost of the Morning Wellness Retreat is €245 per participant, for a minimum of two participants, with a maximum of 10 people per group.

The retreat is a single morning from 10 am to 2 pm. A healthy nutritious lunch is included.

Guests who wish to spend the night at L’Gharix are invited to book a night’s accommodation (€120 per night for a single person in the Rose double room or €150 for two persons sharing the Rose en-suite room or €115 per night in the single Orchid en-suite room).

30% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due on arrival. Payment can be made via PayPal, Revolut, Bank Transfer into BNF or cash.

The deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to a future date with more than 48 hours’ notice (or in the case of a valid last-minute emergency).

Due to the high demand for our retreats, payment is required upon confirming your place. You can make payments via Bank transfer (which can take up to 5 days), Revolut, or PayPal. Please note that if you choose PayPal, the PayPal charge will be added to the cost of the retreat.
