During the Hypnotic Regression whether it is Clinical, Transpersonal, Past Life Regression or Life Between Lives® Spiritual Regression it is not restricted by the clock and she allows each session to take the time it needs to unfold and then to its natural conclusion. Time is fluid in a retreat setting and not restricted by a 50-minute time slot as in conventional therapy. The retreat setting is calm, peaceful and a safe place and there is no pressure as each session and activity on the program gently flows into the next activity. Each retreat participant is treated holistically and the program designed to cater for their individual needs.
The retreats are held at L’Għarix Temple Retreat, on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Gozo. L’Għarix (pronounced La Reesh) is built a hundred metres behind the Ġgantija temples which are recognised by UNESCO as the oldest free standing buildings in the world. They are over 7,500 years old, older than Stonehenge and the pyramids in Egypt. L’Għarix is said to have been built on an ancient temple and is more than 765 years old.
Karin offers three different options for Life Between Lives Retreats online at L’Għarix Temple Retreat

Option 1
1 Day One-on-One Life Between Lives® Retreat
During this one-day Life Life Between Lives® Therapy retreat, we plan and discuss the thirty to fifty questions you would like to ask. We then go on a soul journey to the place that holds answers to your deep questions and where you will understand who you are. Clients investigate soul memories where they begin to put the pieces of their soul puzzle together.
Please note that having a Past Life Regression session is a requirement before booking this session.
Option 2

During this three-day Life Life Between Lives® Therapy retreat, you experience a Past Life Regression on the first day.
On the second morning, we plan and discuss the questions you would like to ask.
After a delicious vegan lunch, we do the Life Between lives Regression and we go on a soul journey to the place that holds answers to your questions where we will investigate your soul memories.

During this retreat, we watch sunsets on the beach, do meditation, practice yoga and sound healing
in the ancient healing cave and much more to ensure the healing is activated within body and soul.
Option 3
6 Day One-on-One Spiritual Healing with Past life Regression and Life Between Lives® Retreat
This six-day Spiritual Healing with Life Life Between Lives® Therapy Retreat is a deep healing experience where each days sessions are planned according to your needs. We have an outline for each day and are flexible in the sessions for you to achieve the healing you need. The sessions follow the pace that is right for you.
We start with Transpersonal Hypnotherapy on the first day where we explore memories that require healing, most often in childhood or relationships, then we move on to Clinical Hypnosis where physical challenges are explored. We release the past using different modalities. Then on the fourth day, you experience a Past Life Regression.
On the morning of the fifth day, we plan and discuss the questions you would like to ask. Over the preceding days we start to put together a list of questions which we then finalise during the morning. A vegan lunch is then served on the pool patio and we discuss any other queries you might have.
After the lunch, we do the Life Between lives Regression and we go on a soul journey to the place that holds answers to your questions where we will investigate your soul memories. We then begin to put the pieces of your soul puzzle together. We allow a whole day for this process.
After the session we visit the beach where you relax and watch the sunset giving you time to integrate you newfound wisdom.

During your Life Between Lives® Spiritual Regression session we will go to the place that holds
answers to all of your questions where we will investigate your soul memories and then we can
begin to put the pieces of your soul puzzle together. This Life Between Lives® Spiritual Regression
session will help to make sense of your present life; giving you a wonderful understanding and
release.
Create a list of questions:
This is a great opportunity to formulate questions you may have about yourself, your purpose,
relationships, experiences you have had as well as related questions. This is a unique experience to
receive guidance and become your own channel. Formulate between thirty to fifty questions and
bring this list along to your session.
Create a list of Significant Others:
Write a list of first names of people who have significantly impacted your life. Typically included are
relatives, best friends, lovers, and teachers. A list of about twelve names or fewer is sufficient.
Include a few words that describe each person and how they have impacted you. These names may
come up and it is helpful to have this list on hand.
As a Life Between Lives® session is deep and runs for many hours you are welcome to bring
whatever you may need to make yourself comfortable for an extended period, such as a special
pillow, blanket, favourite photo, crystal or gemstone.
Like any skill, the ability to enter into trance is learned through experience. Clients benefit most if
they have had some experience of Hypnosis or Meditation before they arrive. The best way to
prepare for a Life Between Lives® session is to have a Past Life Regression with me during the week
before the session.

Venue & Location
L’Għarix Temple Retreat, on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Gozo, is built a hundred metres behind the Ġgantija temples which are recognised by UNESCO as the oldest freestanding buildings in the world. They are over 7,500 years old, older than Stonehenge and the pyramids in Egypt. L’Għarix (pronounced La Reesh) is said to have been built on a womb temple and is more than 765 years old.
L’Għarix has its own large private cave where group sessions and workshops, and guided meditations are conducted. The cave is older than the temples themselves and is a place of natural healing energy. In ancient times the temples and caves were said to be used by the goddesses and priestesses and the art of connecting to nature with ceremonies and rituals were a part of daily life.
One-on-one sessions are held in the private studio. Retreat guests can make use of the stunning outdoor pool area, indoor relaxation area and the cave for reflection and private meditation.
L’Għarix is a 5-minute walk from the Xagħra (pronounced shaa-ra) town centre.
Gozo is one of 21 islands that make up the Maltese archipelago. Inhabited for thousands of years, it shows evidence of historic immigration and rule by the Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs, Sicilians, French and British, among others. It’s known for its Neolithic Ġgantija Temple ruins, rural hiking paths, beaches and scuba-diving sites.
Picturesque ix-Xagħra has a particularly rich historical heritage with many historical sites, several museums, beaches, hiking trails, shopping, ocean excursions and more.

Filled with historical monuments from ancient times, Gozo has a rich healing energy. Some of the best sites to visit include:
1. Ġgantija Megalithic Temples
Consisting of two temples which date back to between 3600 and 3200 BC, the Ġgantija Temples are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The site is considered as one of the oldest free standing monuments in the world, preceding Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids. Some of the megaliths of the Ġgantija Temples exceed five metres in length and weigh over fifty tons.
2. The Cittadella
Towering high above Victoria, the capital city of Gozo, sits a majestic fortified town known locally as the Cittadella. The Cittadella rests atop a steep hill with cliff faces on many sides. The natural defences of the area as well as the spectacular views of the whole island have made it a very popular settlement location since Neolithic times.
3. The Wied il-Mielaħ Window
The Wied il-Mielaħ Window is a limestone natural arch on the north-western coast of the island of Gozo in Malta. It is located at the end of the valley Wied il-Mielaħ north of the village of Għarb.
4. Xwejni Salt Pans
On the north coastline of Gozo, just past Qbajjar Bay west of Marsalforn, the coast is characterised by beautiful rock-cut saltpans protruding into the sea. These 350-year-old salt pans, which are roughly 3km along the shoreline, are more than just picturesque. They are part of the centuries-old Gozitan practice of Sea-Salt production that has been handed down through some families for generations.
5. Ta’ Kola Windmill
Ta’ Kola Windmill is one of the few surviving windmills on the Maltese Islands dating back to the Knights’ Period. Its origins go back to 1725 during the magistracy of Grand Master Manoel de Vilhena (1722-36). Nowadays, the windmill houses one of the largest known collections of tools, some of which were manufactured by the last miller who lived inside the mill. The site offers a glimpse into the traditional rural life of the locals during the past centuries.
